Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 days and delivery confirmed by way of e-mail email address provided by the customer upon ordering. An order number will be provided via e-mail which can be used to track the status of the delivery. A delivery charge will be applicable on orders below R2000 unless otherwise stipulated – customers will be made aware of said delivery charge upon checkout of their order.
When orders are placed with us, you will be prompted to specify your preferred delivery address, you will be advised on the cost of delivery and if delivery to your address is possible.
The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.
Expect up to 7 working days for delivery in most cases. Please note 7 working days is a guideline and the delivery may take longer/shorter having regard to relevant circumstances.
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number to check the status of your order once delivery has been confirmed.
Any person other than yourself who receives the goods at the delivery address is conclusively presumed to be authorised to accept delivery on your behalf.
Should no one be in attendance at the time of delivery, the goods will be returned to the courier company and a notice will be left at the delivery address to this effect. You will be required to contact your local courier agency to make new arrangements for delivery or collection.
Aliverti reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee should it be required to make a further delivery if no one is at the delivery address to receive the goods.
You are required to ensure that you or an authorised person shall be in attendance at the delivery address during the agreed delivery slot and that appropriate access will be made available to the delivery company.
On delivery, the person accepting delivery shall be required to sign and print his/her name against a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt of the delivery. For verification purposes, our delivery company will be entitled to require the person accepting the delivery at the delivery address to produce a form of identification.
Should you require us to make delivery to any person or address other than a registered delivery address, for instance, a neighbour, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or for any discrepancy in the order.
If your order is the incorrect size i.e. you ordered a size that does not fit you, you can send it back to be replaced with the correct size if the correct size is in stock – the correct size will be shipped out to you and you shall be responsible for the cost of the delivery service.
The provision of goods and services by RETRO STAR (PTY) LTD is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, RETRO STAR (PTY) LTD will refund the client in full within 30 days.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us and we will either replace it or issue you with credit in the case of a refund via an electronic voucher to be used for a future purchase at the www.aliverti.co.za subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from www.aliverti.co.za only.
You may return items for in-store (www.aliverti.co.za) credit provided:
- the item is returned within 7 days of delivery
- it is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached
- it is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable)
- it is not missing any accessories or parts
Products not eligible for returns:
The following products are not eligible for exchange or credit:
- electronic vouchers
You are requested to return items without any undue delay. Aliverti reserves the right to refuse returns 7 days after the delivery date.

If an item is returned due to an error on our side, we will remedy the error at our cost (e.g. item is defective, incorrect size was shipped to you).
When arranging for returns you will be required to enter the information requested, including the item/s being returned and the reason for its return. Only products purchased on our site may be returned in this manner. No items that have been worn, damaged, soiled or ripped will be accepted for replacement. All items are checked by Aliverti staff for visible factory defects before shipment is made to you.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and
- where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
Once Aliverti has the goods in its possession and is satisfied with the condition of the goods then they will effect a credit in the case of a refund via an electronic voucher to be used for a future purchase at the www.aliverti.co.za.
On confirmation of a successful return, fashion and footwear products can be exchanged for a different size provided that such variation is available and is available at the same price as the product originally purchased. If such variation is not immediately available, we will issue you with in-store credit your account with the purchase price of the product.
We reserve the right to inspect the product to validate your return.
If your items are the wrong size (i.e. you ordered a size that does not fit) you can send them back to be replaced. If the correct size is in stock and subject to you meeting the return criteria above, we will ship the correct size out to you. You shall be responsible for the cost of this second delivery service. Shipping of the correct size will be done once payment for delivery has been received.

If you are unsure about your shoe size follow the steps below:
Place a piece of paper on the ground and stand on it with your weight slightly forward to ensure your foot is flat.
Draw a line behind your heel and another line in front of your longest toe. It’s common to have one foot longer than the other! use the longer foot to measure.

If you return a product that does not comply with this policy, you may be liable to re-imburse Aliverti for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
