What materials are your shoes made from?

Our collections are crafted with the finest vegetable-tanned leather uppers and leather/rubber combined soles, using tannins sourced from plants in a sustainable, eco-friendly manner.

Each shoe is meticulously aged, finished, and polished by hand, resulting in a one-of-a-kind pair that's as unique as you are.

Where are your shoes made?

All our shoes are made in Italy. 

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT

When will my order ship?

Most in-stock orders ship within 7 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays are not considered business days. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and/or a Holiday will be received by the store on the next business day.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a link to track your package as soon as your order is shipped.

How do I edit my order?

We strive to get orders fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible. For that reason, there is a very small window for us to edit orders once they are placed through our website. The estimated window for edits is 30 minutes once you have submitted your order. If your order is within the estimated window please contact our customer service team at info@aliverti.co.za.

Footwear products can be exchanged, within 14 days of delivery, for a different size and/or color provided that such variation is available. Please see our exchange policy page for all terms and conditions for exchange.
